Study of anti tuberculosis therapy success rate on co-infection TBHIV patient is lacking. Therefore, it is important to analyze proportion of positive or negative acid fast bacilli (AFB) test and multiple drug resistance (MDR) and also factors associated to success tuberculosis therapy on co-infection TB-HIV patients.
Method. Cross sectional study was conducted using medical record of total sampling 83 co-infection TB-HIV patients of Persahabatan Hospital during January 2005 to December 2008

Lesion at middle and lower lobes of lung found in 78,3%, and 41% at upper lobes. Success rate of tuberculosis therapy is 74,7%. Reggresion analysis found that factors associated to success tuberculosis therapy are total lymphocyte count, type of lesion, sex and smoking.
